The Terms of Use are intended to explain the rules of use of Alterna VPN (referred to as the Application, us, we, and our) which are applied to all users who downloaded and installed the Application. Please note that you automatically agree to all the points of this document. If you disagree with the rules described here, immediately delete it from your device. Alterna VPN can introduce amendments to this document without prior notice to the users. Once the changes appear in these Terms of Use, you also automatically agree to them. The violation of any rule described in the document may lead to the block of your account without an explanation from the app's administration. Therefore, we encourage you to check the document from time to time to be updated on the rules of use of Alterna VPN.
Usage Policy
As mentioned above, all users follow the same rules, and everyone is solely responsible for subsequent actions:
• It is prohibited to download or distribute content prohibited by law;
• Organizing or participating in illegal activities is strictly prohibited;
• You are not allowed to harm, insult, or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclinations, race, age, ethnicity, nation and disability) against other people while using Alterna VPN;
• Access to the source code of the application or its sharing should not be carried out without the prior official permission of the owner of Alterna VPN;
• You are not allowed to infringe the intellectual property rights of others when using Alterna VPN.

Limited Warranties and Liability
The application cannot ensure the reliability of the system. Using Alterna VPN, the user uses our services as is. In case of any damage caused during the system's operation, you also confirm that you will not make any claims against Alterna VPN and its owners.
We do not view the websites and applications that you use while Alterna VPN is enabled. It follows from this that we are not responsible for the websites visited and purchases made by our users. Alterna VPN does its best to make its services available at any time. However, unpredictable and uncontrollable obstacles, such as poor connection or VPN services, can vary, and from time to time this goal cannot be achieved. Please note that Alterna VPN is not responsible for accidental deletion, non-delivery, or incorrect redirection of data due to network or application problems. Alterna VPN reserves the right to limit the performance capabilities of the application by its sole decision.
